Terms
Booking and participation
These terms apply to Kyral masterclasses delivered by Daniel Rachamim and Stuss Helder. By booking a place you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email info@kyralmasterclass.com before purchasing.

01
Booking and confirmation
A masterclass place is confirmed once payment is received in full via the booking platform listed on the masterclass page. You will receive a confirmation email with venue, timing and what to bring.
Bookings are personal. The participant named at booking is the participant attending unless we agree a transfer in writing (see clause 03).
02
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Once you book, the place is yours.
In case of exceptional circumstances (serious illness or bereavement), email info@kyralmasterclass.com directly and we'll sort it out.
03
Transfers
A place can be transferred to another person for the same masterclass, at no charge. Email us their name beforehand. It cannot be moved to a different masterclass or a future date.
04
Minimum participants
A masterclass runs with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12. If we do not meet the minimum two weeks before the date, the masterclass is rescheduled or cancelled. In that case you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, credit toward a future edition.
05
Format
A single full day in venue and on the street, followed by a Zoom group critique two weeks later. Two instructors, rotating smaller groups, no extra equipment required beyond a camera you are comfortable with (DSLR, mirrorless or an advanced smartphone).
We aim to start on time. If you arrive after the morning theory block we cannot guarantee the rotation will work for you.
06
Language
Masterclasses are conducted in English unless otherwise stated on the event page. Side conversations in other languages happen naturally; group teaching stays in English.
07
Photography rights
You keep full rights to every photograph you make during the masterclass and Zoom critique.
We may take photos of the group on the day for marketing and social. If you do not want to appear in those images, tell us at the start of the day and we will respect it. We do not publish individual portraits of participants without their explicit consent.
08
Code of conduct
We expect respect for fellow participants, instructors, members of the public being photographed and the city we are working in. Street photography involves real people. Be considerate, be honest about what you are doing and stop if asked.
Harassment, discrimination or behaviour that disrupts the group are grounds for being asked to leave, without refund. This is rare and we have never had to enforce it; the bar is real but high.
09
Health, safety and insurance
You are responsible for your own safety, personal belongings, and health during the masterclass. We carry general liability cover for the workshop venue but do not insure your equipment. Bring travel and equipment insurance if you need it.
10
Force majeure
If we cannot run the masterclass for reasons outside our control (illness of both instructors, transport strike, public-safety order), we will reschedule to a comparable date or refund you in full. We do not refund travel, accommodation or other costs related to attending.
11
Data and email
We only store the contact information you give us during booking or newsletter signup. We only use it to communicate about masterclasses you have booked or upcoming editions. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share or sell your data.
12
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future editions. The terms in force are the ones published on this page at the time of your booking.
